Explained everything to be done clearly beforehand and came and did exactly what what they sai they would do. Excellent job and beautiful finish.

Our floor has the most beautiful flagstones which were covered with a layer of, what I can only assume to be, bitumen. Anthony and Patrick have done an absolutely outstanding job of removing the bitumen and cleaning & re-grouting the flagstones. The task took a little longer than they anticipated and was the most difficult they'd encountered, but they worked extremely hard and long hours until it was complete. I can't praise Anthony and Patrick highly enough and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Patrick correctly identified the type of floor tile that I had just by looking at my picture. He then advised me of what needed to be done to restore them. He visited quickly, quoting me a price and arranging a suitable date to complete the work. Patrick was very professional and has made an outstanding improvement. He used colour restorer and sealed them so the dirt would not penetrate again. The results are brilliant and I would have no hesitation in recommending Patrick and the Tile Doctor to anyone who was looking to restore the look of their tiles. This was a far easier process than having to have the tiles lifted and replaced and much less expensive.

Patrick was very friendly and professional throughout. He kept us fully informed of the process throughout and worked with us to keep the inconvenience to a minimum. Our beautiful tiled hallway looks great and Patrick provided lots of useful advice on cleaning & maintaining the floor from now on. We promise never to use the steam cleaner on it!

The slate tiles were in a terrible state and thought I would have to have them taken up and new ones layed. I saw the ad on the Internet and got in touch. Paul came out and by the end of the day it looks like I've had new tiles put down. I'm very pleased with everything. Wouldn't hesitate if I needed them again. Paul was very polite and tidy and did an excellent job. Thank you

A fantastic job was done by Patrick!!!! My wife and I did not think that our terracotta floor could be brought back to life in the way it has. We are so pleased with the work that has been done. I cannot praise Patrick enough for what he has done. He undertook his task in a very professional manner and worked solidly during the time he was here.
