Henri couldn't have worked harder! I actually felt quite guilty when I returned from work at 7pm to find him still working. My flagstone floor was in very poor condition and he did all he could to get it to th best condition possible. I couldn't afford the full process so after he had milled the floor he talked me through the next steps and made himself available for advice if needed too. I would happily recommend him to others.

Henry is a very professional tile cleaning expert. He worked really hard on our marble tiles over three days. The job was more complex than he originally thought, but he made a huge improvement to the appearance of the floor, which has never really looked properly cleaned.
He was a very neat and tidy worker, and did not cut corners to get the right result.
We are very pleased that we chose Tile Doctor and Henry Mall to do the work for us and will happily recommend him.

Henry gave up his Saturday and bank holiday Monday to help us out in an emergency at very short notice. He did a perfect job, removing hardened cement haze from york stone flags on day 1 and sealing them on day 2. He was reliable and courteous. We are very happy indeed with the result. Thank you Henry.

Henry came from quite a distance to me (Manchester to Derby which took around 2 hours) and spent 10 hours working on the problem tiles in my village hall. He worked solidly and stayed until 8 pm to finish the job. This was a trial in one area before committing to having more rooms done.

Henri did an excellent job for us. He thoroughly cleaned and sealed 6 travertine floors and filled numerous holes in all of them. He restored them to their original very attractive matt finish. He was meticulous and painstaking in all aspects of his work. He sets himself very high standards and the finished job certainly exceeded our expectations. He even asked if he could continue for an extra day such was his dedication to the task. He was always punctual, cheerful, courteous and considerate. A pleasure to have in the house. So polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Loads of information and advice. Cleaned floor on day one and left a us wit a damp meter so we could check levels and save wasting time the next day.
As it happens, floor was dry and Henri turned up as planned and applied four coats of sealer.
120year old floor looks fantastic. Thankyou.

Henri was professional and courteous throughout the project which was cleaning and sealing some original Victorian quarry tiles.
It was not an easy job but the finished article looks superb and I would have no hesitation in recommending Tile Doctor to anyone wishing to restore tile floors.

Henri's work was outstanding. He worked extremely hard to transform our old and tired looking terracotta tiled floor into a bright colourful area restoring the original and individual colours of the tiles and grout.
Henri was extremely diligent and committed in his efforts, working long hours without breaks to ensure the job was completed. He has a pleasant manner and is very professional in his attitude. I would certainly recommend his work to others in the future.

Henry came to the house the same day I called and did the work within a couple of days. I could not be there on the day and he completed the work to an excellent standard and could not be faulted in any way. The york stone floor was extremely dirty and it came up beautifully, far exceeding my expectation. The price was fair. Henry was punctual, professional and very obliging. I will recommend him most wholeheartedly to anyone looking for this type of work.
