We cannot believe how our fireplace looks, it is like new. It was so badly discoloured after we had a flood from a burst pilpe we and did not think anything could be done, but we were so wrong. Andrew was here working on the fireplace for four hours yesterday until he was completely satisfied with his work and so are we. Thank you for a brilliant job.

Although I was very happy with the tester patch done, and therefore thought the rest of the terrace would look the same, though the appearance is considerably improved patchy areas of haze remain, some of which I tackle myself with vinegar and water the following morning, to moderate effect.
I should point out that Andrew himself considered, after ten hours working on it, more time was needed. He also considered there might be a problem with the flexible grout I was persuaded to purchase by the the tile company I purchased the tiles from. I have since complained to them, while doubting they give me any monetary compensation. I am hoping further work, by myself, my builder's tiler or the landscapers who laid the tiles, followed by a impregnating sealer will improve the appearance of the tiles so as to be unnoticable to all but the keenest eye.

Andrew had a tough job on his hands, unfortunately we are still unsure exactly why these yellow marks appeared. Andrew has done his best to get rid of them, however, we feel that they may return! It has not put us off using you, as you know this is the 2nd time round for us (not for the yellow marks) it was a shame that the original tile doctor Ashley did not return calls so that he could of explained to Andrew what he done exactly on his visit a couple of years ago.

The floor tiles cleaned up very well considering the staining and inground dirt but, through no fault of Mr Evans, the original poor grouting job could not be removed or covered completely. As explained to us, this would require the tiles to be ground down and then refinished. We felt that the work carried out was on the expensive side so the additional cost of grinding would have been prohibitive.
We are pleased with the end result although not perfect. Thank you very much for the service.

Andrew went to a lot of trouble to demonstrate the process before we agreed to have the work done. Given that we had a particularly challenging cleaning problem with untreated porcelain tiles Andrew did his best to get the tiles as clean as possible. My only feedback for the future is perhaps to manage the customer expectations more closely in that the daily rate charged for two days work quoted was actually 4 hours onsite each day and the process demonstrated and discussed was a three step process, in the event our job was a two steps process. Having said all of the above, Andrew did a great job and was very keen to make sure that we were happy with the work, which we were. Thanks Andrew.
