We are very happy with the bathroom after the tiles were cleaned and the grout restored. Steven came to quote for us then came on the date arranged. It looks like a new bathroom! Very pleasant workers and no mess left. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Old-fashioned service! (That’s a Positive). The tiles in our ensuite shower room were stained and dreary-looking and we were considering replacing them, but decided to try a Tile Doctor clean-up first. Kieron replied quickly to my enquiry, visited and explained clearly what the Job would involve. This was then carried out within two weeks. The tiles look better than new now. Great experience with Kevin. Clearly knowledgeable in his role and worked hard to bring our flag stone floor to life and gave excellent advice on ongoing care and tricky areas.We will definitely use the service again .As a side note, I previously used the Tile doctor products on travertine Tiles and they worked superbly- which is why I came back to the site for help with our flag stone floor. We had inherited a badly stained and tired looking floor in our utility and shower room. Contacted Tile Doctor and Jason got back within a few hours with recommended products and a very reasonable quote for the work. He quickly identified what type of floor - we thought it was black slate, but it was black limestone! He explained what was needed and did a great job - the floor looks great. Gave clear advice for taking care of the floor. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
