We are delighted with the work that Mick carried out. He has cleaned every mark away, the grout is back to new and all the chips in the tiles have been cleaned out. He is very conscientious and professional and we would have no hesitation in recommending his work.

The result is just amazing. The light and colour in the tiles, and the disappearance of the dirt engrained in the grouting, have completely transformed the room, and everyone who comes to see us, just goes "Wow !"…as do we every morning! Great to work with Mick.

Our kitchen floor was in a seriously bad way and we didn’t know where to begin to sort it out. After Barry’s work, it looks fantastic - the difference is unbelievable and the tiles and grout look beautiful. In fact, it looks like a brand new floor. Barry’s tiling experience definitely helped with what wasn’t a run-of-the-mill problem to solve.
Barry pulled out the stops so it could be done as one job, although I think this made his Christmas week busier than it should have been. We also really appreciated the work being completed before Christmas and this flexibility from Barry and his team. Customer service from head office was also good.

Tom came to remove some mastic from our porcelain tiles after a glass room installation. He was absolutely brilliant! Went over and above what we expected him to do and came to sort it out very quickly for us before Christmas. Can't recommend him enough!

Mick did a very good job cleaning our terracotta floor which proved quite a challenge however he was not defeated by the task although it took two days longer than he thought. Mick is very professional in his approach both to the customer and to the job and as a result we were always confident the floor would be restored and the result was excellent .

Stuart did a brilliant job removing layers of bitumen and screeding covering an old brick floor, and cleaning a brick stairway with oak trims. The area had now been restored to its original condition thanks to his skill and experience and looks lovely.

Steve was very good at communicating and Tile Doctor as a company were also very good at letting me know what was happening. We had spilled red wine on our Portuguese limestone fireplace. So it was a large area with splashes too. Steve was brilliant and cleaned the whole fireplace and then sealed it for us. It looks as good as new now. Don’t be put off by the quote - it can seem a little expensive but get what you pay for - quality job and my fireplace was in safe hands. Thank you Steve - I have already recommended you to a friend.
